The Kings have been a machine. The Carter-Pearson-Toffoli line has been great. They haven't missed a beat in losing Voynov & Gaborik.

A win for the Flyers would be huge.

Going to need a King sized effort if they want a chance at the win column. See what I did there?

The Flyers chances of a comeback win against this team aren't very good. So better not get down a goal or two. More then ever, in this game, they need to come together as a team. Getting outshot like the did against Detroit isn't going to cut it.

I'd like to see the momentum boost the boys would get from winning tonight

Thus far they haven't been able to sustain momentum from wins. Good come from behind win vs Dallas, led to the mess in Chicago. The good game in Pittsburgh led to the Detroit game-which was a game they won despite being badly outplayed.

Perfect world is, the Flyers come out, take care of business and don't get dominated-which is what the Kings can do-and get a win, and head into Tampa with a burst of confidence.

They just haven't been able to do that yet this season.

Yeah, it doesn't matter what happens tonight, I'm not looking forward to that Tampa game.

They don't match up great against either team this week, but Tampa does have the greater possibility to be ugly. The Kings are a fantastic team, but Tampa can score boatloads of goals, and has, against the Flyers.

Totally agree, they have given up the first goal 7-8 games. It would be nice to see what they can do if they are not playing from behind. Let's just hope the team as a whole puts in their best defensive effort. Simply can't play from behind it will catch up with them.

They have some kinks in their armour as well: http://video.nhl.com/vide...lg=20142015,2,114&lang=en

However, I did choose them to come out of the East so I'll just agree and nod along.

They have had some ugly games against them, no doubt. Thy definitely miss Hedman. Still Stamkos always seems to score a goal or two against the Flyers and for whatever reasons the Bolts as a whole usually seem to score often when they face the Flyers.

Tampa has such a good lineup this year, I'm kinda hoping the boys turn the jets on against the bolts and steal a win.

Best educated guesses as to when Tyrell Goulbourne will come blasting down the wing against a dman of Ryan Suter's caliber and score a game tying third period goal for the Flyers?

With Hedman out, who is their top defenseman?

That 4th line is weak without PEB at center. VdV has a single faceoff win in eight attempts so far this season.

I hope when Vinny is healthy that PEB will get most of the defensive zone faceoffs with BSchenn and Simmonds. He's too good to just be on the 4th line.

True, but when you're rolling Stamkos, Callahan, Drouin, Johnson, and Kucherov in your offense, and you have Ben Bishop in net, you're a dangerous team.

I think the Flyers will use Bellemare situationally. At least I hope they will. I also hope that when Lecavalier comes back, the 4th line will get better, with Bellmare back there.

Of course. TB is loaded offensively. And Bishop is very good. I think Stamkos is the best player in the League now.
